Can I cancel my order?
We accept order cancellations for standard products only, and requests must be made before the order has been processed. Once an order has entered the processing stage, it can no longer be cancelled.
Please note that custom or specially prepared items are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
What is our Return or Exchange Policy?
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery if your order meets any of the following conditions:
The item is damaged upon arrival
The product is defective or faulty
You received an incomplete order
The item has visible stains or issues
Requests made after the given timeframe may not be entertained.
How do I apply for an Exchange?

Once your request is reviewed and approved by our support team, you will be provided with instructions to send the item back to our warehouse.
Kindly note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
After we receive your parcel, the exchange process may take 7–10 working days to complete.
Do we offer refunds?
At LookupTrendy, we generally do not offer refunds. However, in rare situations where an exchange or alternative solution is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
In such cases, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
